Who is responsible

ABC Translation LLC (info@abc-office.eu) is responsible for the personal data collected on phoneinterpreting.eu.

What we collect

When you book an interpreter we collect your name, email address, phone number, the country where you are, the languages requested and your comments. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.

Why

We use this data only to deliver the interpreting service you paid for, to call you back, to send you your receipt and to answer your questions. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and, for contact requests, our legitimate interest in answering you.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are never transmitted to us. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

Who receives the data

Only the interpreter assigned to your call receives the information needed to call you. We do not sell or rent your data.

How long

Booking data is kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Contact messages are deleted after 24 months at most.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@abc-office.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
