Service

ABC Office, a brand of ABC Translation LLC, provides remote interpreting by telephone. After payment, an interpreter calls the customer on the phone number provided in the booking.

Booking and price

The price is the one shown at the time of booking for the chosen duration. It is paid in full in advance by card through Stripe. The session starts when the interpreter calls the customer.

Duration

The booked duration is a maximum. Unused minutes are not refunded and cannot be carried over. If more time is needed, a new session can be booked.

Availability and refunds

We make every reasonable effort to call the customer quickly. If we cannot provide an interpreter for the requested language combination, the full amount is refunded. If the customer cannot be reached after several attempts, the session may be considered delivered.

Right of withdrawal

Because the service is requested for immediate performance, the customer agrees that it starts before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Confidentiality

Our interpreters are bound by professional secrecy. Calls are not recorded.

Liability

The interpreter renders what is said as faithfully as possible. ABC Translation LLC cannot be held responsible for decisions taken by the parties on the basis of the conversation.
